Skylinks at Long Beach Golf Course

Skylinks is an 18-hole public course across from Long Beach Airport. Its operator describes a par-72 layout with a links-style feel, gentle contours and three lakes. The open-looking ground offers room to see the next shot, while water and green approaches still reward a planned line.

Playing the course

Skylinks measures 6,909 yards in the operator’s published course information, with a 72.7 rating and 127 slope. The terrain is described as walkable with modest elevation changes. Rather than relying on a dramatic climb or dense trees, the course asks players to account for its lakes, bunkers and the approach angle into a green. The operator also calls out the 16th as a scenic hole near the airport. Select tees for a comfortable approach distance, especially if you want to walk the full round.

Practice and visiting

The practice area has a 32-station range with grass and mat tees, two putting greens, two chipping greens and practice bunkers. A range session or short-game warm-up can therefore stand alone from an 18-hole booking. Use the tee-time page for current availability and the contact page for the golf shop at 4800 East Wardlow Road. Confirm range operations before making a practice-only trip.
