Course guide
The maintained course record, presented separately from live booking and user reviews.
The resort lists South as open after its 2026 restoration and offers an 18-hole booking selection separate from Ocean North. The original Tom Fazio routing was retained through work on tees, greens, bunkers and infrastructure.
The gallery shows Ocean South before its 2026 restoration.
The operator’s South page describes par 70 and 6,580 yards. Its linked Black-tee scorecard with a 72.0 rating and 133 slope dates to 2022, before the restoration changed tee and playing surfaces. The current post-restoration Black tee distance, rating and slope have not been verified; no old figures are used in structured yardage or rating fields.
The resort’s published address is 22701 Pelican Hill Road South and its booking contact is (888) 507-6427. The exact golf-clubhouse arrival pin remains to be confirmed. The map coordinates are a shared facility-level course point, not a route-time guarantee.
