Course guide
The maintained course record, presented separately from live booking and user reviews.
Arthur Hills and Steve Forrest shaped a links-style round across rolling ground with long views toward Temecula Wine Country. The Pechanga-operated course opened in 2008 and is available to hotel guests and other public players.
The holes move through native vegetation and oak habitat rather than a continuous carpet of turf. Pechanga says the course uses about 30 percent less grass than the California course average cited on its site, irrigates with reclaimed water, and captures storm water in its lakes. The fairways were converted to Bermuda grass. These choices make the foothill terrain and open sightlines part of the playing experience.
The operator scorecard lists the men’s Copper tees at 7,093 yards, with a 74.8 course rating and 142 slope. The course map names individual holes in the Pechanga language; the route includes the lake holes at 5 and 15, along with changing elevations and broad valley views. Players can use the published map and scorecard to select tees before the round.
Public tee times can be reserved through Pechanga, generally up to seven days ahead. The course has a golf shop and the Journey’s End restaurant in its clubhouse. Contact the golf shop for the day’s availability and reservation details.
