Industry Hills Golf Club — Eisenhower Course

The Eisenhower, or “Ike,” is one of two separately routed 18-hole courses at Industry Hills Golf Club in City of Industry. The operator’s Ike guide describes a par-72 course renovated before its late-2006 reopening, with broad, undulating greens and a substantial change in yardage across its tee sets. The Zaharias, or “Babe,” is the other course on the Pacific Palms property.

What to expect on the Ike

The operator’s course guide lists the Ike from 5,662 to 7,211 yards and provides a hole-by-hole tour. The first is a dogleg-right par 5 where keeping a tee shot left of the right bunker preserves a route to the green. The second plays downhill from an elevated tee toward a green fronted by water. Those opening holes make the course’s mix of elevation, bunkers and water immediately clear. Consult the tour and choose tees for the carry and approach distances you want to face.

The finish is a three-shot par 5 to a tiered green, stretching to 652 yards from the Black tees. These holes show how the Ike combines long holes with decisions about when to lay back. The guide’s hole descriptions are worth reviewing before selecting a tee set.

Reservations and practice

The booking page lets public players choose the Ike specifically and explains phone and online reservations. Industry Hills also has a lighted two-tier range, practice bunkers and three practice greens, listed on its instruction page. Allow time to reach the club’s hilltop facility at Pacific Palms and confirm that your starting time is on the Eisenhower rather than the Zaharias course.

The operator describes the Ike championship tees as 7,211 yards; the current USGA men’s Black row measures 7,168 yards with a 74.9 rating and 141 slope. The length conflict prevents a current Black yardage claim here; rating and slope follow the USGA Black row.
