Goose Creek Golf Club

Schmidt-Curley Golf Design shaped a parkland routing beside the Santa Ana River and Hidden Valley Wildlife Area. Eucalyptus-lined fairways and fast greens give the course a greener, more sheltered look than many Inland Empire desert layouts.

The round

The operator’s hole walk-through supplies distances from four numbered tees on every hole. The front nine opens with a par 4, includes par 5s at holes 4 and 7, and turns after the par-3 ninth. The back nine builds to par 5s at 12 and 17 before a long par-4 finish. The club also publishes men’s and women’s ratings by tee, letting players compare a complete tee setup before booking.

Practice and access

The practice area has natural-turf tee boxes, a chipping and pitching green, a putting green and a large bunker. Instruction is available, and the course has hosted professional and amateur qualifying events. Public tee times can be reserved online; the entrance is at 11418 68th Street.
