William P. Bell directed its expansion to 18 holes four years later. Once a member-owned private club, it now operates as a semi-private course that also welcomes public players.
History and design
The operator describes a 6,619-yard course without a tee label. For a named setup, the Southern California Golf Association lists the men’s White tees at par 72, with a 70.5 Course Rating and 125 Slope Rating. The course passes mature oaks, pines and sycamores, and its bentgrass greens reward attention to pace and position.
